Ladies...Don't Be A Victim!
Learn how to EFFECTIVELY Defend Yourself!


Women must BE PREPARED. According to NSVRC Statistics, 1 in 5 women in the United States experienced completed or attempted rape during their lifetime. Our goal with the ladies self-defense workshop, is to help all teenage girls and women learn how to defend themselves using proven principles of self-defense. They will know HOW to strike, WHERE to strike, and WHEN to strike in order to get away from their attacker.

By taking our ladies self-defense workshop, you will be more prepared to defend yourself! You will learn practical self-defense principles and gain an awareness for situations that may present themselves.

What you will learn in our workshops...

Self Defense Principles and how to prepare the mind.

You will learn what natural weapons are available to you. All attendees will learn releases from 5 of the most common holds, as well as how/where to strike an assailant to get the proper release. By role playing, each member will have multiple times to practice what they are learning.

Confident Kid's Workshop!

A 1 hour workshop designed to teach self-defense for kids!We teach children confidence through learning self-defense. Children may not realize how many options they really have until they are shown these basic self-defense principles. Our goal is that every child leaves the course with effective options to handle any situation.
1 in 4 children will be BULLIED in school. Child Abduction awareness is covered in a safe way

What we teach in our workshop...
